When your images are ready we will return for two short days to your shopping centre and provide you an opportunity to view the photo-shoot, see if your a winner in the Cute Kid Competition and see what products and collections we have available for sale.

Once you attend your viewing, we will email you your complimentary digital download straight to your inbox.

Frequently asked questions

How do I view my images?


After your photo-shoot you would have been given a card that shows you your appointment date, day and time. We are always in the same shopping centre, but may be at a different location inside the centre. We will send you SMS reminders before your appointment, however you can always call us on (07) 5564 6666 if you are unsure of anything. Remember we are only back at the centre for two short days, so please make sure you attend your appointment and bring any decision makers with you.




What if I miss my viewing appointment?


Simply call our friendly Customer Care team on (07) 5564 6666 and we will find an alternative way for you to view your child’s photo shoot.




What will I see at my online viewing appointment?


You will see a selection of images from your child’s photo shoot, carefully selected and finished to perfection by our team of in-house experts.




How does the Cutest Kid Competition Work?


Three families are chosen from each shopping centre as regional winners and, as a prize, will each receive an 8” x 10” Gotcha! Portrait in a beautiful art mount frame




Can I choose the image that is used on my complimentary digital download?


The selection is carefully made by our editing team.




Do you upload the complimentary digital image to Facebook?


Yes, as long as you provide consent, and attend your viewing appointment, your complimentary image will be uploaded on the Monday following your viewing.




Do I have to attend my online viewing appointment to receive my complimentary digital download?


Yes, we will email your complimentary digital download once you attend your online viewing appointment.




I missed my online viewing appointment; can I still get my complimentary digital download and see my images?


Absolutely, simply call our online viewing team anytime from 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday (QLD time) on (07) 5564 6666 to rebook you to an online viewing. After your viewing we will email you the complimentary digital download image.




What are your prices?


Some people are a little surprised about the cost of professional photography. Normally this is before they see the results or realise the time and resources that go into creating artwork that your family will cherish for generations. Our aim is not to make a throw away product, but a quality, timeless heirloom that will tell your family story, and which will increase in value to you as the years pass.
Our individual 8” x 10” portraits are $75.
We also have great value collections that provide discounts and a wide range of wall art and albums as well as various payment plans to suits most families’ requirements.




Can I receive a high-resolution digital copy of my purchase?


Some of our collections do include high-resolution digital images. Your consultant will discuss these options with you.




What payment options do you offer?


We accept EFTPOS, Visa and MasterCard.
We have in-house lay-by plans, where your goods are securely held and shipped to your home once you finish paying off your purchase.
Alternatively, we offer a range of “Buy Now, Pay Later” options including Afterpay & Openpay, whereby you can pay a deposit on the day and we will ship your goods within 28 days.




What do I need to enter into a payment plan?


Lay-by:

  • A valid form of photo ID
  • Medicare card
  • BSB and account number
  • $150 deposit
Afterpay:
  • Afterpay account/app on your phone
  • Available credit for your purchase
  • 25% deposit paid using the card linked to your Afterpay account.
Openpay:
  • Drivers licence
  • Visa or MasterCard debit or credit card with available funds for your deposit (approximately 25% of the purchase price)
  • Your mobile phone




How can I check the balance of my payment plan?


If your balance is payable to a third-party credit provider (such as Openpay or Afterpay), please contact them directly. : Openpay 1300 168 359 Afterpay https://help.afterpay.com/hc/en-au/requests/new
If your balance is on lay-by or Gotcha! Pay, simply SMS the word BALANCE to 0488 868 821 from the mobile number we have linked to your account.

How will my artwork/products be delivered?


All orders are shipped via Australia Post E-Parcel.
If you change your address or contact details, please contact our Customer Care team on (07) 5564 6666, so there is no delay in sending your orders.
